1995 WILM INT’L was setup as a Management Services Organization providing General Consultation for businesses in a broad range of areas including Marketing, Administration and Human Resource Management. In 1998, Wilm Int’l was granted an Employment Agency License by the then Ministry of Labor widening our scope of business to cover Recruitment of Foreign Workers as well as placement for Singaporeans in the various industries. In the year 2003, Wilm Int’l was converted into a Private Limited Company now known as Wilm Management Pte Ltd.
In January 2007, the Ministry of Manpower granted approval for Wilm Management Pte Ltd to recruit PRC Workers into Singapore. Looking back, the business landscape has changed dramatically over the years. WILM has grown from a small outfit to become a medium sized operation, yet one aspect of our business remained: SERVICE, QUALITY, RELIABILITY

Mandatory Medical Insurance for Foreign Workers
From 1 Jan 2008, employers will be required to purchase and maintain
insurance for the medical expenses of their Work Permit (WP) and S Pass
holders during their stay in Singapore. The medical insurance will help
employers manage potentially high medical bills given the withdrawal of
healthcare subsidies on the same date. The medical insurance coverage
must be at least $5000 a year for each foreign worker's inpatient care
and day surgery.
Procedures on Providing Medical Insurance Details
Employers are required to furnish the insurance details to MOM.
Employers may start doing so via WPOL from 5 Nov 2007. Employers may
also authorize an Employment Agency to furnish the details via WPOL.
